We are now open access providers! This means your vision discount plan may reimburse you directly, for a portion of your glasses and/or contact lenses and exam. In an effort to assist patients with submitting to vision discount plans for reimbursement, we now work with Anagram. This allows us to verify your out-of-network benefits and submit a claim on your behalf so you don't lose your benefit!

Becoming Open Access providers gives our patients the freedom to gain access to the latest technology and quality products from our state-of-the-art independent laboratory. This means you no longer let YOUR vision discount plan dictate what you can have access to. We value transparency and having open communication with our independent laboratory allows us to do just that! Our focus is to provide you with the best experience and quality materials to meet all of your visual needs.

If you're unsure which vision discount plan you are enrolled in, we can help locate it for you with a few pieces of information:

• Option 1: Primary insured name, date of birth, home address, e-mail, employer, medical insurance member ID, and last 4 social security number

• Option 2: We’ll send a link to your mobile number and simply complete the required information at your leisure; prior to your appointment.

• Option 3: you may call the member services telephone number located on the back of your health insurance card.VSP

• Option 4: Contact human resources from your employer

Once we have submitted the claim on your behalf, you’ll receive a confirmation e-mail. Our staff will gladly answer any questions or concerns that may arise please call or text us at 201-868-3603.
